I paid an extra £50 for the ice cream and smoothie maker attachment, but it was never delivered. I have contacted customer service several times and received no response at all. This level of customer service is unacceptable and very disappointing. Taking customers' money and then ignoring them is shameful. I would not recommend buying from this store until they improve their service and support.
